Estelle Mendez was instrumental in getting the jury medical excuse form filled out for me as well as a letter of explanation from Dr.D’Ambrosio explaining my dilemma. With their help I was excused from jury duty.

Dr. D’ Ambrosio explained my MRI and detailed the procedural options for trigeminal neuralgia knowing that I had been on multiple pain meds which had stopped helping. He took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. Dr. D is thorough, caring, professional and his bedside manner is calming and approachable. I feel blessed to have been referred to him by my neurologist. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Dr. D to someone with neurological pain.

Dr. D’Ambrosio has been caring for me since I was diagnosed with a Meningioma about seven years ago.. My first appointment after diagnosis was harrowing. I didn’t know what to expect. He was very calming and explained in simple terms what exactly this was. Follow up MRI yearly to see that tumor remained staple.
I can’t say enough about Laurie his nurse. Throughout the years she has kept in touch with me so much so that I feel she became a friend.
The staff is great. I cannot say enough about this office.
Overall I completely entrust myself in the hands of Dr. D’Ambrosio. He’s the best. He is
also pretty cute!

A very positive experience. Dr DAmbrosio thought my trigeminal pain would resolve in a year. Of course that was a positive message. If I have not imoroved in a year I will need to begin the process again for treatment.
