“Dr. Aubin-Pouliot is very profes...”
Dr. Aubin-Pouliot is very professional and also personable. She is a good listener and pays attention to what I'm saying. She is patient in repeating when I am not able to hear her. Instead of looking at her computer, she turns to me when she speaks so I can much better hear her. I appreciate that she doesn't just tell me what I need to do or not do but rather sorts the decisions through with me. There Is a genuine empathy that comes from her. I began seeing her at the beginning of Covid and appreciate the consistency of her treating me. Even though she must be rushed, she does not show It.
