“I've had a lot of bad experience...”
I've had a lot of bad experiences with healthcare as a disabled trans person, but my appointment with Annie was exactly how things should be everywhere. She was open-minded, respectful, and thorough. I felt like she cared about social factors (pets, family/peer support, food access, mental health, etc) in addition to the medical stuff. Her holistic approach was very was comforting and I appreciated being involved in decisions for next steps with my healthcare. I have already recommended her to a few trans friends. I'm really grateful the Inclusion Clinic exists, especially with the increasingly hostile political climate. It's truly life-changing and life-saving care.
