“Was willing to listen to my conc...”
Was willing to listen to my concerns about new information regarding a diagnosis. Ordered re-checked previous testing that was inconclusive or suboptimal which helped assist in my diagnosis. Explained test results in a way that I could understand and what that means for my future health. I was very tearful during this visit and she took the time to listen to all my concerns with empathy for how I was feeling.
