“WORST "DOCTOR" I'VE EVER BEEN TO”
The office staff at Lancaster Breast Associates is stupendous, particularly Heather (the receptionist) and Susan (the nurse). Susan, especially, is unbelievably good at her job, and did a great deal to make me feel comfortable after finding out how terrified I was of doctors in general due to childhood experiences. If not for her, I wouldn't have even been able to make the appointment for a biopsy, let alone come in for the procedure.
