“This visit was a follow up from ...”

This visit was a follow up from an ED visit. Like ever visit I have with the provider, it was a quick 15 minute visit. We only discussed one thing that was found during the visit and then she told me to follow up with the specialist.When I met with the specialist, she talked through the ED notes and helped me understand things. She also referred me to another specialist, and ran more labs. This was the visit I was looking for from my PCP.
