“I saw a PA at this visit. He was...”

I saw a PA at this visit. He was ready to let me walk out the door after removing my cast with nothing. I mentioned to him. The doctor told me that I would be leaving with a wrist brace at minimum. He kind of pushed back and I asked him to ask the doctor and lo and behold, I needed a wrist brace and to wear my sling some additional weeks. I was very disappointed that I had to bring this up.
