Dr. Darby always listens thoughtfully. He carefully explains what is explainable. He offers options and inquires wherher you are willing to try an option he suggests. He makes it clear to contact him about any issues. He requests a time frame and asks for feedback about the results of any changes. He is a kind, compassionate man and doctor. I have recommended, and will continue to recommend Dr Darby, to anyone who needs the best EP available! One of my husband's UVA doctors concurred that Dr Darby was his choice for the care he provides. It doesn't get much better than having a highly qualified colleague recommend you!Feeling privileged and thankful for Dr Darby's expertise and care!

Dr. Darby good coach, other doctors and how to be a great doctor beyond just knowing the medicine. He has a presence and a listening ability that is outstanding. Even though he is pressured for Time and has back-to-back patients When he steps through the door into the exam room you feel like you've got all day with them and somehow by having that demeanor we make very efficient use of the time
