Dr.Chiu is very personal and listens and communicates in a very clear and easy way that makes my visits very enjoyable and educational. His expertise and knowledge are very evident and impressive. He is heads above all other physicians I have seen through the years. Essentia Health is EXTREMELY fortunate to have a physician on their staff with his expertise!
