Dr. Bieber took the time to explain why the surgery was needed plus all of the possible side effects. His method of telling me was to relate it to ordinary life experiences. I appreciated that explanation because I was in pain. His description was excellent. Thank you so much for spending the time with me. I understood the situation perfectly now.
