“While I came in for a finger iss...”

While I came in for a finger issues, I had a feeling it would lead to an arthritis possibility. The doctor talked with me, when over things and discussed best next steps. This included adding an xray of my other hand and discussing with my primary care to get blood test set up. All of that makes me appreciate his concern and expedited to move this forward. Not what I wanted to be the outcome but the entire visit was easy and not stressful led. The entire staff was kind and considerate through it all!!

I responded very good on wait times, because as busy as it was, it wasn't unreasonable. All your employees were congenial and helpful, considering how busy it was. Andrew Barnett's was exceptional ! At least to me he asked very pertinent questions about my condition. He was patient enough to let me answer his questions thoroughly and reverse, answered my questions. Overall, your employees represented Froedtert quite well, thank you.
