I have been struggling a lot and this was the best provider I believe I have seen at Essentia. She was so compassionate, supportive, informed, and willing to listen. My IUD had to be taken out and despite some negative experiences I have had with IUDs in the past, she made me feel safe and validated in my concerns. What an incredible provider - genuinely restored my faith in the healthcare system. Thank you!

Absolutely listened to everything I was saying, offered education of the cause of my concerns and was very polite and professional the entire time as well as towards the student she was accessing as well, great experience and I felt very comfortable with parties.

This was my first time seeing this nurse practitioner but her, and every provider I've seen in OB thus far has been very explanatory. They don't get upset when I tell them I'm a nurse. They explain things very well to me in a way that, as a nurse and a new mom with little ob experience, I can understand.
