“This is the second and last time...”

This is the second and last time I will see this NP. Both times were awful!. I was so she and she didn't provide care. I had to go to urgent care 48 hours later. She didn't listen to everything that was going on. To top the visit off, she asked if I needed any vaccinations today. I was extremely sick. I said, I'm really sick, she replied with that right.
