Just signed up for three months of Health and Human Performance coaching to get help with my PTSD. Master Anastasiya is a well-known provider in South Cal for her PTSD support projects and mindful support. I like how she inputs creativity into it.
So, I'm looking for new skills and knowledge, hope it’ll help with my symptoms as I already tried many things for PTSD.
