“nearly complete overhaul of teeth and jaw!”

I first came to Dr. Norman for what had become nearly unbearable TMJ pain. We worked on my jaw for 3 years to get me to a pain free point, then I went off to get braces done by a family friend. Things were going great for a while, but after 2 years, he started making mistakes, and I asked Dr. Norman for a consult.. Dr. Norman had finished her ortho training by then, so she took over and put on all new braces, and finished my teeth. Then we took out all my mercury fillings and replaced them with nice white ones. THEN we put in retainers, made new oral appliances, whitened my teeth and VOILA! New smle. It took a long time, included cleanings every couple months through chemo for me but I am so happy with my teeth, I'm barely afraid of the dentist anymore, and I refer eveyone I can to Dr. Norman's office. EVERYone here is amazing, but Judy is my favorite, Plus, free chapstick, comfy blankets and they let me listen to sports radio while they work on my teeth.

Amy patiently explained the likely issues and possible treatments, then using CT scans showed me the problem. It turned out that I did not need further treatment but she gave me guidelines for avoiding future occurrences. I am TOTALLY satisfied with her services.

Dr. Norman seems to be in a constant quest for learning new techniques and approaches to dentistry. All of the equipment is up to date. The staff are also up to date professionally. I have learned quite a bit about approaches to my own dental care.

From the first consultation it was obvious the compassion Dr. Norman and her staff have for their patients. They are caring and friendly. Dr. Norman is very knowledgeable about TMJ and has already helped tremendously with my headaches and bite. I have high dental anxiety and they made me feel heard and calmed my anxieties from the very beginning of the appointment, explaining everything they were doing and why and checking in constantly to make sure I was doing okay.
