This was my first visit. The staff were very professional, and Dr Mandalia was very professional, concise, and efficient with her work and review of my treatment plan.

From the initial phone call with Patsy to my post-visit, everyone was just A+. Having worked in the dental field some years ago, I am very particular about who gets to "stick their hands inside my mouth!" My procedure was done before I realized it! NO pain, bleeding or swelling at all! Dr. Amy and staff were professional, caring and concerned, which is rare these days. I have already referred friends to the practice. They are true to the name Gentle Dental and I recommend them highly and I rarely do that!

Dr. Mandalia was very kind and friendly. She also was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the diagnosis to me, making sure that I understood the basis of the diagnosis and treatment plan. She was very willing to work around my schedule, which I really appreciated. In all, this experience was very pleasant!

Great explanation of procedures, care given during cleaning, explained issues with cavities. Should use more common terminology such as mouthwash instead of rinse, had me confused about recommended care.
