This is the first time I have seen Dr. Jackson. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours from my phone call which I really really appreciated. It was not a problem for me to drive a little farther to a different office to get an appointment that quickly. Dr. Jackson was helpful and clear in her explanations of her diagnosis. I also appreciated getting an email back from her quickly after the test results were available.
