The provider was excellent in explaining her thoughts of what she believes my issues to be. She took the time to listen, and I left well informed. The ONLY reason for the Fair rating re recommending to others is the fact that a referred patient is not allowed to be a continuing patient to get the care needed. My local GI dr has done all she can do, which is why I was referred. It's not the provider's fault, but the practice as a whole. There needs to be doctors added to the staff to accommodate and maintain referred patients as well as regular patients.
