“Dr. Anaizi was polite but came a...”

Dr. Anaizi was polite but came across as more arrogant than caring. I left feeling my concerns weren't valued and my condition wasn't a priority. The visit ended abruptly with no clear direction, leaving my husband and me confused and disappointed.
