Similar to my ma/nurse, I don't recall a moment for formal introduction. I think that would have helped me a little at first, since this was my first time with this provider but as soon as we started talking I could tell instantly how caring, knowledgeable, and professional Amber is. I look forward to seeing her again for future visits and would absolutely recommend her.
