“I have waited before at this fac...”
I have waited before at this facility. I have waited quite a while for the medical person to be available when scheduling an appointment. What made this last appointed different was that I was listened to, respected and valued as a person. The nurse practitioner was excellent and gave me hope for a good outcome if I followed her recommendations. First time I have really wanted to go back. I am glad she will be my provider from now on.
