“I was there for travel shots. Sh...”
I was there for travel shots. She was very thorough and prepared. When my vitals came up with a very unusual number, the appointment shifted from a discussion of travel shots to some very genuine concerns about my heart health. She made sure to do an EKG on the spot and set up referrals as appropriate. I felt genuinely cared about and not passed off. I've had some horrible experiences with Marshfield with other providers and feeling passed off or ignored. In this case I felt she valued my life and my health and genuinely cared about my well-being. I suspect this appointment potentially saved my life. Because it alerted me to a greater problem that I wasn't even aware of. I am very grateful that Amber took the extra time get to the root of the problem. I'm so glad she didn't just move along because it was convenient. She was dedicated to ensuring my health even if it wasn't what was on her plate for that day as far as services. Thank you for caring Amber.
