She really didn't listen she just looked at me and said so you work and I tried to explain that I had to work to keep a roof over my head but I still had back problems just not as bad but I need another kind of back brace that would help me. Only thing I got was it hadn't changed and come back if you need to I will never go back she has no compassion for you.
