I was expecting to see an MD based my scheduled appointment, would liked to have known ahead of time. However the NP was helpful, and a good listener & offered suggestions for my problem.

“I didn't feel like this provider...”

I didn't feel like this provider really listened to me. Her clinical notes said I was asymptomatic even though I am still having symptoms, just not constantly. Her notes said I am having numbness when I am not, it's shooting nerve pain. I had to ask if I could even see my updated MRI results. She did not show the level of care or concern as my Dr normally does and made me feel like I was wasting her time.
