“He was professional & pleasant. ...”

He was professional & pleasant. He listened to me and answered all my questions with "that's a very good question" which told me I could ask him anything and that he was listening. His answers were easily understood and he even drew a picture to help explain the issue. He reassured me with relatable examples and I felt a great deal of relief when I left. I would see him again. If I don't think a physician cares about me I won't take their advice. I took his advice and recommendations and I am very glad I saw him.
