Alyssa is very nice and knowledgeable about most of my conditions. Exception: My testosterone is 350 and the range is 300 to 1000 and I am symptomatic, so this is extremely upsetting to me and stressful that I am borderline with 100% of the symptoms. I don't feel like she is sensitive to this aspect of my life. I am kind of numb to this type of dismissal since I began voicing my concerns about this 5 years ago to the other providers. The conversation has always gone the exact same way...me "I'm on the low end and have all the symptoms"... Them..."You're not in the deficient range" I just think she needs to educate herself more on the subject.Other than that, I am happy she Is my provider.
