More info: I charge a flat fee based on the type of evaluation provided. Fees range from $1,900 to \$5,000, depending on the scope of the assessment—for example, IQ-only testing, psychoeducational evaluations, or comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations. The most common service I offer is a comprehensive evaluation, which assesses a full range of cognitive, academic, and neuropsychological skills, and is billed at a flat rate of $5,000.

I don’t work directly with insurance companies so that I can provide personalized, thorough evaluations without the restrictions or time limits often imposed by insurance plans. This allows me to focus on what’s best for each individual child, rather than tailoring services to meet insurance requirements. However, I do provide a superbill, which is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I’m happy to guide families through that process if needed.
