They're was no physical exam. He did order and evaluate xrays during the visit and only offered a steroid shot as a fix, but no explanation of the quick onset of bilateral pain and issue. Before the xrays were taken, he stated he knew what the problem was, and seemed dismissive of any other input, with zero prior injury.
