The doctor was excellent. Once we were finally able to be seen, he was attentive, thorough, and showed genuine care for my mom's concerns. He took his time explaining everything and made us feel heard. I'm very grateful we were still able to have the appointment we had booked months in advance, especially after the stressful experience leading up to it. The doctor himself provided a great visit and we truly appreciated his professionalism and compassion.
