I had a good experience with this doctor overall. My wife accompanied me to the appointment and she also had a positive impression. The doctor recommended performing an MRI. About one or two days later, I got an email from him that I should contact the provider for the status of MRI. I wasn't sure whether to contact the insurance company or the medical group. I couldn't find on MyCharts email option for this doctor to email him back for clarification. For now, I'm just waiting to see whether a message appears on MyCharts for the authorization to be approved. Otherwise, I'll contact his office for clarification. My past experience with calling doctor's office has been mostly negative, because of long waiting period (although I do appreciate "call back" option and have used it).

We are truly grateful for Dr. Ali Cheeto. For his time, and operating on my mother. I wasnt able to answer all question on this survey. Because he isn't my mom's main doctor. He is the one operated on my mom and the insurance is will to approve some visits for follow up. Thank you to Dr Ali C.
