Rarely have I felt so comfortable with an appt. Alexandra was not only completely professional and thorough but also a compassionate listener. She exemplified your motto "human kindness" and should be celebrated every single day that she works in the Dignity system. Could not have been more pleased with my appt. I walked away feeling like I was respected and valued even at 77 years of age with a lot of nagging Issues. I loved her
