Staff and Dr. Hatsis are top notch, but the wait time is excessive. At the new location, there is a large wait room with socially distance seating. When you are called in to complete some preliminary tests, you are placed in a small waiting room with other patients waiting to actually see your doctor. I was in that small, not socially distanced room for 15 minutes or more. It all had a “factory” feel.
