Thorough, skilled. I've had several cystoscopies, this was by far the least uncomfortable, with potential for significant pain. Adequate analgesia, adequate wait time for lidocaine to work.

Dr. Borchert is highly personable and does a great job trying to understand your problems. I could tell he took time to look over notes from past appointments and tried his best to involve me in a treatment plan.
