“I felt comfortable, at ease inte...”

I felt comfortable, at ease interacting with new specialist. Very polite manner. Extremely knowledgeable on my symptoms. Not rushed. Answered all my questions. No rush attitude. Both specialist and physician in training were very polite.

“Honestly this was one of the BES...”

Honestly this was one of the BEST if not the BEST visits I have ever had with any provider. I wish Dr.Baptist was a PCP so I could see him regularly. He went above and beyond with kindness, explaining things carefully, and addressing my concerns. He was the ULTIMATE listener and made me feel so heard and understood.
