My daughter's first experience with a Gyn appt. It was very important to me and my daughter that I be in the room for her apt. They were extremely accommodating. I had a 10:45 apt, my daughter a 10:00. They were ahead of schedule, so I was taken back first. When Dr Altman came in to talk to me, the staff knocked on the door to tell me the NP was in with my daughter. Without blinking an eye- Dr Altman immediately stopped and told me " go ahead" and he'd come back after I was finished with my daughter's apt. I am a trihealth employee- the care I received was exceptional. The office staff were extremely accommodating and helped deliver the care my daughter and I needed. As a nurse, I know how difficult it can be to meet the needs of every pt. On 8/7, the office far exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone. Thank you again Dr Altman and staff!!
