He continued to tell me he didn't know what was wrong with me and called me a rare breed over and over. When asked for further testing, I was shut down. The only testing I've done is what I am allergic to and no other testing to what's causing my immune system to react the way it is. He just continued to try to push medication without even know what is causing my body to be shutting down. I wasted money talking for 20 minutes about him just reading off what I am allergic to after I have already been sent the test results and read them already. There was no explanation of anything and was a complete waste of time. Now I'm just stuck confused on what I should be doing and what steps I need to be taking. Medicating symptoms with not understanding why something is happening to someone, is not right.

He was very knowledgeable and thought about the entire issue and not just from an allergy standpoint.

He had his elbow on the desk/fingers rubbing his eyes for a large portion of our appointment. I will probably find another provider if we need to come back to allergy as this seemed to be poor bedside manner. Our case may have been boring but unfortunately he just seemed to be annoyed we were there. And if this is just how he is, it's just not my style.

I was extremely pleased with Dr. Kandeel's approach to my concerns, he was partnering with me in decisions and asked many excellent questions. I felt he read all the history Info I brought and understood exactly what I needed. He is a rare find and I am pleased.
