“In general didn't seem empathic ...”
In general didn't seem empathic or very interested in helping me as a person: more going through the motions. I felt a bit more like a number than a human at times. She did include me in the decision making, didn't push when I chose holistic over allopathic care for some things, and was agreeable to my proposed plan and referring to outside of MultiCare when asked. Just seemed tired and not heart-felt.
