“Was very happy how Adria Ridl ad...”

Was very happy how Adria Ridl addressed and handled my dad as the appointment was for him as a hospital follow-up, and he has dementia and he didn't even remember being in the hospital. She made eye contact and talked to him and listened to him while allowing my brother and I to answer her questions. Love the care she showed our father.
