Dr. Franco was very thorough, honest and easy to talk to. I was seeing a dermatologist on the recommendation of my primary care physician but I am surprised that there is no "after visit summary"of the visit as there is with all my other appointments.

Dr Franco provided me with excellent care. She was friendly, patient and kind, and explained what she was doing in understandable language. She listened attentively to my concerns, described what to expect following the procedure and reminded me to call the office if there was a problem.
