“Fantastic and amazing”

I was very scared and concerned almost lost when Lucas was born. Dr. Jimenez and his team made us feel better and guided us by our hand throughout the process step by step and explained the process ans made us feel more at ease with everything I am very grateful and forever in debt with him and his team because without him my baby would never be and look the way he does. I would definitely recommend anyone that has a similar situation to come even if it far away from home to see him. I can assured that as soon as you meet with him your anxiety and worries will if not go away but will decrease by a lot. This was the best decision I ever made I would do it all over again.

“We are so Blessed”

Our family traveled from Dallas to see Dr Jimenez. At Gia's 4 mos check up is when we learned she may have a condition called Craniosynostosis. The same week the city shut down for Covid-19 and we were quarantined at home for 2 months. I researched what we could expect from the specialists and i learned that a unique endoscopic procedure could be done and typically only betweeen babies in ages 4-6 months. We consulted 3 specialists before meeting Dr Jimenez and all denied the endo procedure immediately. Dr Jimenez was willing able to do the surgery the very next day! Gia was officially 7.5 at the time of her surgery. We are now 9 months post op and doing amazing! Thank God for Dr Jimenez and his loving hands, our baby will never know the pain and scars of CVR.

A year ago, Dr. Jimenez was able to see me and performed surgery that if not treated could have affected my vision. He was very professional when giving his diagnosis, but was also very sympathetic and positive. His attitude and kind words helped me feel confident going into the surgery. “neck disc replacement surgery”

I am blessed Dr. Gupte was assigned to my surgery. Having had problems with my neck for many years and the horrible experiences I heard regarding the surgery need to repair the damaged discs, I was very skeptical. Upon my first consultation with Dr. Gupte, he immediately made me feel extremely comfortable. His knowledge and experience is second to none.
Just as he thoroughly explained the procedure after the initial & follow up consultations, surgery went just as planned, if not better. Every patient deserves a Dr. Gupte! El Paso UMC is lucky to have him on their team.

Dr. Gupte is an excellent doctor and surgeon and we are fortunate to have him in El Paso. I was nervous about my surgery, which was a delicate procedure but Dr. Gupte’s confidence, kindness, and competence were apparent during my pre-op consultation, and he made me feel comfortable about it. He did an outstanding job of explaining everything in detail, and the surgery was a complete success. I’m already starting to feel the benefits a few weeks out. Dr. Gupte was great during post-op follow up.

Dr. Gupte has been such a wonderful doctor. He is patient, kind, intelligent and understanding. If it were not for him I would have never known about my neck herniations nor a tumor in my head by him ordering an mri for my neck from watching me turn my head back and say ouh. He also did cervical and lumbar surgery on me and I healed so fast on cervical and didn't even feel pain post surgery,. my other pain management doctor was even surprised. Also my insicions have healed so well visually. I could not ask for a better doctor.

Blessed to have this doctor come into my life. Other DR like GASCO were alright with me never to move my right foot, claimed his fellow doctors disagreed on surgery. On the scariest day of our lives, which should have been the happiest day of our life, Dr. Jimenez jumped into action on his day off to save our baby girl's life!
