I never expected to have shoulder pain relieved so much, Caitlin Alpaugh my Occupational Therapist, has shown me how to strengthen my shoulder muscles without hurting myself. For such a young adult she has such incredible knowledge and wisdom about her field. She was very gentle, kind, and extremely supportive, and I will miss her, but I know where to go if I need to come back. I was afraid initially to go to a chiropractor because of previous bad experiences, but Dr. Matt was so careful and really listened to me, he has really gained my trust in the chiropractic field. I would recommend NJSW to anyone!!!!

Unaddressed I would have not been able to walk or face surgery. PT works. I am now back to walking my dog a mile in the park, and no surgery needed. What a relief!

Unaddressed I would have not been able to walk or face surgery. PT works. I am now back to walking my dog a mile in the park, and no surgery needed. What a relief!

My experience so far has been great! Tim listened to my needs/goals and provided exercises/plan accordingly! For times I'm not able to make it in, he provided me with detailed instructions on what to do from home so that progress isn't lost. I've had a great experience so far and am excited to see how this improves my posture/mobility going forward.

Have known Dr. Tim since my daughter had to come in for some physical therapy. While he was not the primary doctor for her, he was always welcoming and helpful when the primary doctor wasn't available or on vacation. He became my primary doctor after I was diagnosed with some pain in my hamstrings and he has been working with me to make feel better and recover faster. His approach is warm and friendly and diagnosis is on point!

i arrived with a lot of pain in my right side / hip and was not able to stand up straight.. Tim worked on that area and by the time I left I was able to stand straight. ..I felt so much better. Thank you Tim!
