Today was my first visit to see Dr. Mintz for evaluation of my obstructive sleep apnea. When I arrived in the office, I was warmly greeted by the office staff, my blood pressure was taken and I reviewed an excellent patient education video presented by Dr. Mintz. Dr. Mintz explained the etiology and management of obstructive sleep apnea and the process for evaluation including the types of dental devices. Dr. Mintz performed very comprehensive exam, very gentle, outstanding explanation.

After my daughter suffered locked jaw, a different specialist pushed drastic measures, was unwilling to answer questions, and made my daughter fearful of the dentist.
