She began our visit with stating that she had read my chart, and asked how I was doing. She took time to listen to me, and look beyond what I had come in for. She looked at me as a person, not a "next patient". I appreciated how she explained things to me, and treated the problem, and explained how I can prevent it from happening again.

I came in with what felt like 50% hearing loss due to wax build up. To say I was afraid that I would never hear properly again is an understatement. Staci was so personable and helped me feel secure that my hearing would be fine. She talked me through the entire process and kept making sure I was okay. I could never have imagined a better experience. I am grateful and will be returning!!
