Had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Krein in April 2022 for a revision rhinoplasty. My first surgeon took out too much cartilage from my nose and I was left unable to breathe proplerly through both my nostrils. I was also not happy with the cosmetic appearance from my initial surgery. Dr krein walked in and immediately said he could fix the issue and I trusted him completely. He has a calm, friendly, professional demeanor and a great sense of humor. I left with a beautiful nose and my breathing significantly improved. Have no hesitation recommending him to everyone in need of this procedure.

I had a very large, irregular, circular hole in the middle of my forehead after having skin cancer removed by my dermatologist. I could not imagine how it could be closed without a significant defect. Six weeks out (early in the process) the incision is healing beautifully, and I am told often that it is barely noticeable. Dr Krein assures me it is only going to get better! I am very grateful.

Dr. Krein also performed another Moh's and reconstruction of my eyelid. He is amazing and did a wonderful job and noone can even tell I had anything done to my face!
