My experience is coming from someone who has never had cosmetic work: anxious & unsure. My experience with my first nurse was probably 5/10. I did not feel like she wanted to be in the room with me and it was uncomfortable. This was the only time I felt that way, because the rest of the staff--exceptional. Dr. Yee came in with another nurse and we talked about the surgery. I had a really good experience w/ the office manager, very knowledgeable. What to expect for/during/after surgery very well explained and my expectations were accurate. Healing went well & I appreciate two follow up appointments.

After 4 appointments I am so happy with the way my leg looks the I am wearing dresses again! I can't wait to see what I looks like at the end of my treatment. I recommend her and her amazing staff!!

I came to Dr. Yee to lift and enhance my breasts that had lost their fullness due to child birth and years of weight fluctuation. She recommended that we do the lifting and augmentation procedures separately as doing them together increased the risk for complication, but, I chose to do the procedures together. When we had our initial consult I wish she would have better explained what she meant by complications; however, once we realized I was going to have complications she was "on it." I should insert here that I am a smoker, much to her dismay, which further increased the complications I experienced. Dr. Suzanne Yee is by far the best plastic surgeon in the South, or even the entire U.S.A. Dr. Yee is really easy to rate, because she is a 15 on a scale of 1-5. If every time your doctor came in your room and they knocked first... What would you think? Not only does she do this, but you get a big hug also! I'm only 70 years old, but because I've lost about 50 lbs, the last 6 months I needed to get rid of my triple chin. Dr. Yee said because of my age, she would do the best she could do. But she did better than I thought. My face looks about 20 years younger! When we first met, I felt like I had known her all my life, because she is so friendly and down to Earth. (Might be because I was in the grocery business for 45 years, and her family and her husband's family were also in the grocery business.) Dr. Yee has a special talent and passion for helping people feel better about themselves. And she demands her staff to take her lead in caring for their patients. If you have any questions, I will be willing to discuss. The best I can say is only... Thank you Dr. Suzanne Yee and your staff for how you took care of me and how you made me feel better about myself.

Dr. Yee and her staff where more than willing to work with my busy schedule, and when I had some complications after my procedure they were fast to act. Also, when I scheduled my procedure I told them that if any earlier dates opened that I would like to know, that way I had more time to heal over break, and I was contacted twice about earlier dates. Overall, my experience with Dr. Yee and her staff has been amazing. She has a lovely staff, her surgery stations are well-organized, and when you are told something is going to be done, it will be done.

They all care so much about there patients and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of during my time with them. My time with Dr. Yee and staff could not have been better. I was very nervous in my decision for breast augmentation and they helped to relieve my anxiety and provide the best care possible. Even after they provide great care by scheduling many visits to check on my results and how I am doing.

The staff and Dr. Yee made me feel so comfortable and were more than happy to sit and talk with me for as long as I wanted. They answered all my questions and then some. Dr. Yee even called to check in with me pre and post op (what Doctor does that)?!? The day of surgery was even more nerve-wracking but once again the staff put my fears to ease. Her work speaks for itself, I could not be happier with the outcome. I have raved about my experience to everyone. I will definitely be coming back to Dr. Yee for any and all needs in the future! Dr. Suzanne Yee preformed a breast implant removal and a brachioplasty and my results exceeded my expectations. Dr. Suzanne Yee and her staff made me feel at home from beginning to end of process.
