I had a big family trip planned and was unable to walk due to severe knee pain/problems. None of my orthopedic surgeons were able to offer me a viable solution. So, I went to Dr. Lynch and he gave me a series of extremely strategic injections that not only allowed me to go on my trip but also allowed me to walk more than I had in literally years. I went to see Dr. Lynch in January for knee pain. I love to walk, run, and bike. I had been unable to do any of these activities without pain during and swelling after. I feel compelled to share. I'm hoping someone like me reads this and benefits, as I have, from SGB. TLDR: My anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, reactivity, brain fog, and "monkey brain", and even ADHD went from "nearly every day" to "a few days a month". (From 30 days to 5 ish.) > 50+ yo executive, non-veteran, w/ childhood trauma, Dissociative Identity Disorder (diagnosed in my 50's). Stuck. My brain was agitated and anxious and now it's calm, and clear (most of the time). I still feel stress and get 'triggered'; it's just less often. A lot less often. I also get unstuck faster. If I got stressed at something 10 times before SGB, now it's 2 or 3 times. Though now and then I'll react too strongly, it's less frequent, and less strong. Therapy really helped me -- and I feel SGB has helped make it easier for me to change. A fresh start. Lastly, I liked the way Dr. Lynch hits 2 spots on SGB. Great experience with this fantastic physician.

I chose to do both sides for the best overall outcome. When I walked in the second day, Dr. Lynch could not believe what a drastic change one day had made. I saw Dr. Lynch and his staff for the first time in December, just before Christmas 2022. The visit was for a Diagnostic Musculoskeletal Ultrasound. This appointment was the most welcoming I have ever had with any physician. Dr. Lynch & I connected immediately--he listened attentively, told me what to expect and the possible long term procedures (and cost) once the diagnostic procedure was completed. He even said it is POSSIBLE that the diagnostic procedure will solve my problem. It is now six weeks later and it appears that my problem is solved and nothing further needs to be done. With that said, Dr. Lynch emailed me today to tell me the door is always open if my pain returns. Wow, what great follow-up. I strongly recommend Dr. James Lynch and his pleasant, professional staff to solve your problem.

I was just working in the garden. stepping up a two foot high retaining wall, when I realized I would not have been able to do that six months ago. I came in for shoulder pain that I had been dealing with for 5+ yrs. I had been through PT, which helped, but the pain and discomfort continued to a point that it disrupted my normal daily activities. I had been told by other Doctors that surgery was the next step. After hearing about ROSM, I decided to make an appointment just to see what they offered. Dr Lynch was straight forward and honest about all aspects of the procedure, good and bad. I had the PRP procedure done on my shoulder and it went just as Dr Lynch described. IT has been a great experience, if you are having any issues I would recommend that you give ROSM a call. This was a much better option that surgery.

During the past year I had struggled with extreme anxiety and constant nausea to the point where eating daily had become an issue. When I had a mild but unexpected side effect, his staff replied immediately to my email with a phone call, and then he personally called me to discuss the side effect. It turned out to be very mild and went away quickly. It speaks volumes that he took the time to call. If you are like me and your PTSD is making the decision to get an SGB difficult, I would highly recommend doing it. I did not realize how bad my PTSD had gotten until after the treatment and I felt so much better. I did not know it was possible to feel this good again. I was a bit apprehensive about getting the injection but I have to say that it was truly a piece of cake. It was done before I really even know that it had started. Immediately after the procedure, I had no idea what to think. I just felt like a blank slate- then It donned on me that that was the goal. Suddenly I felt like I could deal with things with steam coming out of my ears and the top lifting off my head. I was right. Amazingly, it also helped with the nasty nerve pain I deal with every day. Dr. Lynch did two alternative procedures which seem to helping reduce the pain significantly, I am still recovering, but it's going well. I am VERY active with hiking, rucking, biking and ice hockey and I need my heel to be pain free. Dr Lynch is great!

As a therapist with two masters degrees and over a decade of PTS symptoms - I’d love to say I knew the secret to fixing myself on my own. I have been very fortunate to have incredible therapists with military family members with PTS who have had extra empathy for what it’s like. I have tried Effexor up to 225 mg, many other antidepressants in different combos, IV Ketamine, EMDR. Everything has helped me at different points of my journey but nothing has made me feel comfortable in my own skin. I’m actually shocked at how SGB has worked. I’m a few weeks out now and instead of having to do 30 minutes of progressive muscle relaxation to loosen my neck and shoulders and try to avoid migraine - I can notice the tension starting and consciously relax in a few moments. I am gradually planning to do some exposure with my therapist and it’s interesting noticing the dramatic reduction in avoidance. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Lynch and SGB. (ps have a good therapist to process with after)

He was able to pin-point defects they didn't see, explain how those affect the body, and what he thought the best course of action was for recovery all in a manner I could easily understand. He walked through every option and how it would work. At no point did he pressure me for anything, and talked through every aspect with me to make sure the path we chose was the best option. As a result, I am 6 weeks post-PRP treatment and am back to almost everything I was doing before, with a promising path to be fully recovered in just a few short weeks more. I had a difficult issue with my foot and Dr. Lynch was extremely helpful in figuring out what the problem was after months of dealing with misdiagnosis and pain. He used ultrasound to diagnose my issue and it was readily apparent that he is highly skilled in using ultrasound to aid in his assessment. He was able to lay out a few courses of action for treatment taking my active lifestyle into consideration, allowing me to weigh in on any treatment decisions. Dr. Lynch is an incredibly warm and empathic person. He spent a lot of time explaining the procedure and how it could help me with generalized anxiety and chronic PTSD. It was painless and definitely worth trying if you suffer from one of these conditions.
