My review is a bit long, but detailed. I hope I can spare another woman/girl the trouble I experienced. I have been a patient at the St. Joseph's Family Health OB/GYN Clinic (21 Market St Paterson, NJ) for almost a year. Dr. Sgroi was assigned as my doctor. I was recently pregnant and experienced some cramps with spotting. I first went to the emergency room and was diagnosed with a threatened miscarriage and extremely low hcg levels at 6 weeks.
