I did So much research to find a plastic surgeon in Dallas and found Dr. Tittle. I needed to remove my original breast implants, replace them and a breast lift. Dr. Tittle was amazing! He took one look and described to me his plan. I got the surgery end of July and everything went so smoothly. I loved all of Dr. Tittle's team as they were all so personable and professional. 5 stars isn't enough for Dr. Tittle! I'm so happy to have found him and his great staff!

I showed up at the office not expecting much because other doctors told me the major weight loss and my age limited my skins ability to look 'better'. Dr Tittle and every single office staff member were positive and very encouraging from the beginning. He immediately gave me a plan and we made an appointment for lipo and boby tite. I had lose skin hanging on my bra area after weight loss. The appointments and surgery started on time and went perfectly. I went to dinner with friends the evening of the surgery and spent all weekend enjoying the Christmas events of Fort Worth. Very little bruising, nothing extraordinary and pain was minimal. I was given tramadol, but only took the first night. I cannot recommend Dr Tittle and staff enough!

He is the sweetest man and actually listens to his patients and has a great bedside manner.And his STAFF. The most kind and caring staff. The entire staff was amazing. I had implants from 20 years ago and they were under the muscle and needed to be replaced. I loved to work out and that caused the pocket that my implant was sitting in to get very large, therefore causing a very painful experience. There are not many dr.'s in Dallas that can fix and sow up the pockets. I saw 10 different doctors and they all had no idea how to fix this pocket problem with out putting in mesh or pig or cadaver parts! Dr. Tittle fixed my pocket and gave me new implants that are more accurate with my frame! If you are new to plastic surgery or have experience....this is the doctor that can fix you up!

I had been to consultations from FOUR other surgeons and new exactly what I was looking for to move forward with my decision. Every question I had was answered, every concern I had from my other consultations were put at ease and I even was reassured from Dr.Tittle that some of the other recommendations made would not be in my best interest. WAS HE EVER RIGHT! I am five days post op and my body already looks transformed! He suggested no larger than 375cc's and that's exactly the implant that he was able to put in. Another doctor had suggested 450cc's and I am SO GRATEFUL that I didn't go that route...I would have been MISERABLE!!! Dr. Tittle is an artist and he knows what's best for his canvas. I traveled over 350 miles to have my procedures done with Dr. Tittle. He is very approachable and makes you feel at ease in your decisions. He doesn't try to push procedures on you that you do not need, and will talk to you about what is best for you, vs. what brings in the most money for him. I asked about having one type of procedure, and he actually told me what I needed that was less invasive and less costly. I could not be more pleased and will be going back for other options soon.

The first time I came in to Dr. Title's office to discuss acne scar treatment with Bellafill, he told me I had to have a patch test done and would you believe I was not charged for consultation nor the patch test!! The next time I came in was for the actual treatment and they did EVERYTHING to ensure I was comfortable including a distracting massage whilst I was being injected. He is one of the few doctors who is not "about the money" but more about making you happy. Highly recommended!

I've been very happy with the recovery and had minimal bruising, which is impressive, given I am on blood thinners. I am very happy with Dr. Tittle and the entire staff. Happy to have another procedure done with him.

My breast surgery was very complicated . I'm 76- I had implants inserted 40 years ago - before Doctors had any real training. My breast tissue had fallen - the implants were 4 inches higher. My implants had also leaked.and there was a lot of calcification to deal with. Dr. Tittle cleaned out the silicone , calcification, removed old implants - lifted my breasts back into place, repositioned my nipples, and then inserted new implants. All of this required a lot of skill - I am coming back for facial treatments next week- I trust Dr. Tittle and his desire and ability to make me beautiful. I already have a wonderful BF - I'm doing this for me . I was a Top Yearbook beauty at the University of Oklahoma - and I just want to feel beautiful again

Problem is you can't weight loss yourself into losing stretched skin. 7 year journey and I still was ashamed to take off my shirt at a pool or the beach as i had all this excess skin. Spent a ton of time researching as Dallas is a Mecca of plastic surgery. Had multiple doctor consults and in the end knew there was no other choice but Dr. Tittle. His credentials are impeccable but more than that I felt like he cared about my problems and earnestly wanted to make it all better for me. I spent 18 months searching for the right doctor to fix a BodyTite procedure that left me with "holes and valleys" on my legs. I finally found Dr. Tittle. He listened to my concerns and carefully observed my areas that I wanted addressed. I felt confident with his years of experience and education that he was the right physician to fix my legs. In addition, he also listened to my concern about my cellulite and fat around my abdomen. In all, we agreed on a treatment plan that would address all my needs. I am 5 days post surgery and I couldn't be more HAPPY! The "holes and valleys" in my legs are gone...fixed with fat grafting. My waist line is just as he described it would be. I am 5 days post surgery and I couldn't be more HAPPY! The "holes and valleys" in my legs are gone...fixed with fat grafting. My waist line is just as he described it would be. The surgery experience was smooth and his staff has been especially attentive to me through the entire experience. Dr. Tittle was fantastic! I had severe dark circles under my eye but he still suggested starting with a small amount of filler in my lower lid area. 2 weeks later I no longer wear concealer everyday and it looks incredibly natural. When I came in for my follow up Dr. Tittle said I didn't need anymore for at least a year!
